Australian Inclusion Network is a registered NDIS provider. Your Support Worker can help you build meaningful relationships in your life outside of paid support. We will work with you one-on-one to find meaningful and valued roles in your community and help you manage your supports.
You will receive opportunities and guidance so that you can become a valued community member through your involvement in leisure, recreation, sport, education, volunteering, and employment. You will be able to develop skills you need to live independently in your own home.
Our coordinators and Support Workers work in partnership with you and the people in your life who know you best to plan for the things you need to achieve a more fulfilling life. It is your life and you have the right to live it the way you want to.
