Your Support Workers job is to find out what employment topics are important to you. They can connect you to a customised role. We can work outside the 9-to-5 office hours and are flexible to when you need support. We will assist you in finding the best opportunities in your community.
We work alongside people of all ages living with a disability or mental health condition who have a National Disability Insurance Scheme Plan that has employment goals.
We start working with you and the people around you to discover your skills, interests, and talents. Then we use this information to support you to engage in work experience, paid employment, volunteering, skill development or self-employment opportunities.
