Our Employment Discovery Service can assist you in exploring valued roles within your community

Your Support Workers job is to find out what employment topics are important to you. They can connect you to a customised role. We can work outside the 9-to-5 office hours and are flexible to when you need support. We will assist you in finding the best opportunities in your community.

How can we support you?

We work alongside people of all ages living with a disability or mental health condition who have a National Disability Insurance Scheme Plan that has employment goals.

• Are you a student with school-to-work transition goals?
• Would you like to be linked with a job agency or are you already with one and require added support?
• Are you looking for paid employment or volunteer work/work experience?

What can we do to support you?

We start working with you and the people around you to discover your skills, interests, and talents. Then we use this information to support you to engage in work experience, paid employment, volunteering, skill development or self-employment opportunities.
