Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinators can help you understand the NDIS and use your NDIS plan so you get the most out of it. We can connect you with services, supports and providers that best meet your needs in a thoughtful and creative way. Support coordinators can help you find service providers in your local area and give you advice on how best to use your plan so that you can become more confident on what services are right for you. We can also help you resolve any queries or conflicts that you have with the services in your life.

Australian Inclusion Network can support you to learn and independently access the NDIS portal so that you can track and monitor spending from your supports in your life.

Towards the end of your NDIS plan, your support coordinator will work with your services to report to the NDIS how you have used your plan and what level of supports you are likely to require in your next plan.

We will not take over the management of your plan. Our focus is to give you support and information so that you can build your ability to independently manage your plan in the future. We aim to help you so that you are the one making the decisions about your plan.
